So Im still string to figure out what color to paint my MR2s wheels. Im thinking of using a chrome paint for the lip and a bronze/gold for the spokes/triangle but while this makes sense in my mind I don't know if it will actually work. If possible a couple different shades of bronze/gold would be great but Ill take whatever I can get.
Here's a wheel
And heres my car
And heres some AW11 porn for your troubles

I'd say do the inlets/facets in a different color - possibly black. Regardless what you do with the center vs. outer rim.

The best I can do with MS Word.
I'm not at home with PS to do the rest.

Just to be sure you're talking about the part of the wheel where it says toyota right?

Yep. Those little inlet flats x3. Accentuate the notches in the wheels, and make the center triple-Y shape stand out more.

Thats what I thought, thats a great idea. I was thinking that it might be a little much of one color but thats a perfect way of getting around it

Bronze/gold the triangle, polish the lip
Or just get different wheels..

I'm getting new wheels next summer, I just want a little project to do before I take the car to school. And I'm definitely going for a polished lip and I'm gonna try to blackout the facade where it says toyota to make the triangle more pronounced
